The Bond Process
The defendant is arrested, taken to jail, and booked.

Bail is set.

Contact Young Family Bond Services and pay a non-refundable premium. This amount is typically a percentage of the total bail amount.

Once Young Family Bond Services posts the bond, the defendant is released.
The defendant must adhere to all terms of the release and attend every court date.

​A walk-through bond is a pre-arranged bail bond where you can voluntarily turn yourself in for an outstanding warrant or charge. Make an appointment with Young Family Bond Services to be processed through the system that has your warrant or charge. I will go with you and post a bond to be processed in and released. You will receive an appearance date for court and adhere to all of the terms of your release with Young Family Bond Services.
